I don’t understand how people can take a whole scoop of this. 270 mg of caffeine?!? that’s like enough to kill all 4 of the teletubies… and the baby. I did 2/3s of a scoop, and that thing had me harlem shakin to the gym. Definitely doing half tomorrow.

untilllambsbecomelions asked: About the shoulder pain, make sure your form is perfect, centre of the chest and don't come down too far because that's when the pressure goes on the shoulder joint. Take it easy man, last thing you want is ligament damage.
Anonymous asked: re: shoulder pain... if only mildly achy, like deep in the joint, supp huge amounts of MSM (joint sulfur). Also, re-examine form to see if you are torquing the joint to cause pain. should not hurt while doing the exercise (after warming up). Also recommend doing light rotator cuff warm ups before hitting your multi-joint exercises for chest and back...

Shoulder pain
I’ve had this pain for a while now… I’ve always just ignored it. My left shoulder would hurt when i’d bench and sometimes when I did back. Now I decided to replace my back and chest days for running… any thoughts?
